1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the gogame platform, available at gogame.vu ("Platform", "gogame", "we", "us", "our"). gogame operates as an online casino and sports betting service offering live dealer games, slot games, fishing games, cricket betting, and other wagering products to eligible users.

gogame reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by gogame will result in suspension of account access and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access wagering products on gogame, you must register a single personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid Pakistani mobile number, a secure password, and accurate date of birth. Providing false information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 One Account Per User

Each user may hold only one active gogame account. Creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, identities, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. gogame employs technical and manual procedures to detect multiple accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, gogame reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or bonuses therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gogame login credentials. You must not share your password, account access details, or verification codes with any third party. gogame will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify gogame immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

gogame is required to conduct identity verification under applicable regulatory standards. You agree to provide any documents requested by gogame for KYC purposes, including but not limited to: CNIC or passport, proof of address, and documentation verifying the source of funds used for deposits. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe will have withdrawal capabilities suspended until verification is completed.

4 Deposits & Payments

gogame accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction limits are displayed within the gogame wallet interface and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

• All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• gogame does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your gogame wallet as soon as confirmation is received from the payment processor, typically within minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions.
• gogame reserves the right to reject any deposit suspected of being made fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.
• Funds deposited to gogame are for wagering purposes only. gogame wallets are not payment accounts and do not accrue interest.

By depositing funds, you confirm that the monies are not derived from illegal activity and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used.

5 Withdrawals

gogame processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals are paid in PKR. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must have completed the applicable KYC verification process before withdrawals are processed.
• Where a deposit bonus has been claimed, the applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the gogame wallet section and are subject to periodic review.
• gogame targets processing of JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 30 minutes depending on the receiving institution.
• gogame reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing time. Users will be notified if additional information is required.
• Withdrawals must be made to accounts in your own name. gogame will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

All promotions are subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated on each promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated on the promotion. Failure to meet requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

gogame actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using wagering strategies designed to minimise risk in meeting requirements (such as hedging bets across outcomes), or colluding with other users to exploit promotional terms. gogame reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts engaged in bonus abuse without prior notice.

6.3 gogame Promotion Eligibility

gogame reserves the right to determine user eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions may be geographically restricted, limited to new users, or subject to deposit method conditions. gogame may withdraw or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

7 Sports Betting Rules

gogame's sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, ICC World Cup, Asia Cup, and bilateral Pakistan matches), football, UFC, basketball, tennis, and other international sports. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• All bets are accepted at gogame's quoted odds at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change until a bet is placed and confirmed.
• gogame reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrectly priced markets due to human or technical error. In such cases, the stake is returned to the user's wallet.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. gogame does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific in-play market.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, gogame's settlement rules for that sport will apply. These rules are available within the sportsbook section of the Platform.
• Maximum betting limits per market, event, and account are set by gogame at its discretion and may be adjusted at any time without prior notice.
• gogame reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close the account of any user it reasonably believes to be engaged in match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or other prohibited wagering activity.

Cricket-specific rules, including PSL markets and ICC tournament settlement procedures, are governed by gogame's Cricket Betting Rules, which are detailed within the sportsbook section of the Platform.

8 Casino Games & Fishing Games

gogame's casino lobby includes live dealer games, slot games, and fishing games supplied by third-party software providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JDB, and CQ9. The following terms apply to all casino game activity on gogame:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer tables, physical dealing under monitored conditions. gogame does not influence game outcomes.
• Game results are final once confirmed by the game software. Technical faults during a game round will be handled in accordance with the provider's malfunction policy. Where a malfunction voids a game round, the stake is returned to your wallet.
• The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• gogame may withdraw any game from its lobby at any time without notice due to contractual, technical, or regulatory requirements.
• Fishing games (including Mermaid Fishing and Cat Fishing) are multiplayer skill-influenced games. gogame is not responsible for individual session results in these game types.

9 Responsible Gaming

gogame is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a range of tools to help users manage their gambling activity. These tools are accessible directly from your gogame account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Changes that reduce limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.

10 Prohibited Conduct

• Allowing or facilitating access to your gogame account by a third party, including minors.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the gogame Platform — including but not limited to the gogame brand, logo, software, game content, text, graphics, design elements, and data — is the intellectual property of gogame or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, transmit, or exploit any gogame content without prior written authorisation from gogame. Any unauthorised use of gogame's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

gogame collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

gogame implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal data and financial information. However, no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure, and gogame cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible threats.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gogame's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall be limited to the value of funds held in your gogame wallet at the time the claim arises.

gogame shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform — even if gogame has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

gogame is not responsible for any interruption or unavailability of the Platform caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages, power failures, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service provider failures.

Nothing in these Terms limits gogame's liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by gogame's own negligence.

14 Account Termination & Suspension

gogame reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if gogame reasonably determines that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to the Platform, other users, or gogame's regulatory standing.

Upon termination for cause, gogame may forfeit any remaining wallet balance, void any open bets, and cancel any pending bonuses. gogame will not be liable to you for any losses arising from a termination carried out in good faith pursuant to these Terms.

Where account closure is not related to responsible gaming, any remaining wallet balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completion of any applicable withdrawal review procedures.

15 Amendments to These Terms

gogame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, gogame will provide reasonable advance notice by posting an update notice on the Platform or by communicating directly with registered users via their registered mobile number or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the gogame Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
